Windows users can use the new version of Internet Explorer 7 to subscribe to the RSS feed or download a free RSS reader. Awasu works fine.

Mac users can use Safari to subscribe to the RSS feed

To subscribe to one of these podcasts either:

1. copy the RSS link and paste it into your favourite newsreader
   (RSS enabled browser users can click the button)

2. if you have iTunes on your computer click the iTunes button
